The head also has a video quick release plate for fast mounting and dis-mounting of the camera. The 504QF-II shares its tripod legs with the ABLE 300 DX. They are easy to set up and fold down securely. Simplyloosen and tighten the leg lock knobs to extend or shorten them. The 3 position leg locks make for easy set up on uneven ground or steps. Combine itwith the 504 QF II/300 DX Short Column and itlowers to 14 inches (350 mm) for low angle or macro videography or photography.
