The Therma-Tek Nat Gas 36” Griddle with 26” Oven TMD36-36G-1N is designed with the busy catering, restaurant and hotel sectors in mind.It is a gas medium duty range 60” wide with full size oven accepting 18” x 26” (457 mm x 660 mm) sheet pans in either direction. The oven is heated by a heavy duty straight tube burner, and has lift off cast iron open top burners. It boasts an aluminized oven interior and a porcelain inner door panel and removable oven bottom.
