The easily removable range top grates are 12″ x 12″ cast iron, designed for easy movement of pots across the top sections.The oven has a 26 1/2″ standard bakery depth with a double sided enamel interior to help prevent flavours or odours from building. Constructed with stainless steel panels and sides, this gives extra extra durability, and also makes the BAS36-12 easy to clean.
